This one is for myaac 1.0+. Do you use this version? If so, you need to go to the guild page to invite someone.

I'm using this plugin, but it doesn't appear to invite me in the war system. What do I have to do besides installing the plugin?

Plugin don't have readme file. If you are the author, you can add readme file into your .zip file.
